Nature Hike and Coaching
In nature, the vibration of plants can open us to have deeper, more contemplative dialogue. Hikes can range from 1-3 hours, and this time will be dedicated to you.
Rent My Property
If you would like to have an experience or retreat in the Pocono’s of Pennsylvania, you can rent my home. There is enough space to host about 10 people (more if camping is an option). However, the living room space will only circle about 10-12 people comfortably. Below are photo’s of the property. More are available upon request. You can also utilize me as an aid or retreat facilitator, if needed.
Sound Facilitation
I am a musician and percussionist, creating soundscapes with singing bowls, handpan, guitar, drums, chimes, and more. Contact me to offer sound facilitation at your retreat, event, or group experience.
Dream Circles and Book clubs
Join us for a multi-week book club as we read UnderTorah: An Earth-Based Kabbalah of Dreams. We will explore the wisdom of dreaming and participate in dream circles together.
Medicine Making Dream Shabbat
Women’s retreat where we ethically harvest, brew, consume, and return an offering to the Mugwort plant on our land. Ceremony and dreamwork will take place within the container of shabbat.
