Treatment Approaches
Internal Family Systems
IFS is an insight oriented modality where we seek truth from within. We get to know your protective parts that worry, overthink, or seek control. As these protective parts begin to feel understood, anxiety naturally softens and becomes less overwhelming.
Somatic & Nervous System Work
Together, we gently explore patterns of tension, hypervigilance, and overwhelm while helping your nervous system develop a greater sense of safety and regulation. As your body learns that it no longer has to remain in survival mode, it often becomes easier to feel calmer,
Holistic Therapy
Holistic therapy views anxiety through a mind-body lens, recognizing that our thoughts, emotions, and life experiences are all interconnected. Together, we work toward not only reducing symptoms, but also fostering deeper healing, self-understanding, and a greater sense of inner peace.
From Fear to Trust
Inner peace becomes possible when you learn to trust yourself again.

Coping skills can certainly be helpful, and we may incorporate practical tools when needed. However, my approach goes beyond symptom management and focuses on helping you understand and heal the deeper roots of anxiety so that lasting change can occur.
-
Absolutely. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling discouraged after previous experiences where they learned coping skills or gained insight but still felt stuck. Together, we work at a deeper level to understand not only what your anxiety is saying, but also what it may be protecting.
-
The length of therapy varies depending on your goals, history, and the concerns you are bringing into treatment. Some clients seek short-term support focused on symptom relief, while others choose longer-term therapy to address deeper patterns related to trauma, attachment, identity, and self-trust.
