Non-Monogamy Support Group

A Support & Process Group for Adults Exploring Relationships Beyond Monogamy

A place to be understood outside the traditional relationship script.

This group provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space for adults who are practicing, considering, or curious about consensual non-monogamy.

Rather than teaching participants the “right” way to practice non-monogamy, the group creates space to explore the emotional and relational experiences that can arise when we question traditional relationship structures.

Participants may explore intimacy, jealousy, attachment, communication, boundaries, autonomy, sexuality, identity, belonging, insecurity, comparison, commitment, and the meaning they personally give to relationships.

The goal is not to convince anyone to practice non-monogamy—or to remain non-monogamous.

The goal is to help participants better understand themselves and make relationship choices that feel authentic, consensual, and aligned with their values.

Group Approach

Learning, Witnessing & Group Support

Through sharing and witnessing one another, we’ll learn from different perspectives, feel less alone in our experiences, and build a community rooted in empathy, support, and understanding.

Attachment Theory

Our attachment patterns often become especially visible when navigating intimacy, autonomy, jealousy, uncertainty, and multiple relationships. Through an attachment-informed lens, we’ll explore what helps us feel safe and connected, what activates fears of rejection or abandonment, and how we can create greater security within ourselves and our relationships.

Open & Curious

There is no “right” way to practice non-monogamy—and no expectation that you arrive knowing exactly what you want. We’ll practice approaching our relationships, emotions, desires, boundaries, and uncertainties with openness and curiosity rather than judgment, allowing space to discover what feels authentic and meaningful to you.

For individuals only

Encouraged for individuals, not for partners or couples to join, due to how this may change disclosure.
