Facilitator Support Circles & Retreats

Peer Support for Psychedelic Facilitators

About

These circles and retreats are for underground or above ground facilitators serving medicines. This work asks something profound of us: to know ourselves deeply… our shadow, our limits, our intentions, our blind spots, our gifts, and our growing edges.

This is not clinical supervision, and it is not guidance on illegal practice. These are peer-led support circles and retreats for facilitators who want to stay grounded, self-aware, and connected to community while doing deep, relational medicine work.

This community is rooted in mutual respect, privacy, and shared responsibility. There is no hierarchy, no “expert,” and no attempt to instruct how anyone should practice. You do not need to have a lot of experience in order to join, a small amount is fine. More experienced facilitators will be grouped with facilitators of their own experience level.

These are confidential circles and retreats for facilitators who are committed to:
– Integrity
– Personal inner work
– Ethical psychedelic care
– Reducing harm
– And growing through relationship with others walking a similar path

Together We Will:

  • Bring real situations, questions, ethical complexity, and “I’m not sure” moments

  • Explore internal dynamics such as transference, projection, entangled energies, and parts of self that show up in facilitation

  • Notice patterns and impulses that arise in facilitation roles (rescuer, savior, teacher, healer, hero, martyr, etc.)

  • Practice radical honesty with ourselves

  • Support one another through the emotional, spiritual, and logistical realities of this work

  • receive peer wisdom on protocols used, contracts, intakes, integration, group work, collaboration, etc.

This is a space to:
Double-check your gut.
Ask the questions you’re afraid to ask.
Be witnessed in the places you’re still learning.
Remember that you are not doing this work alone.
